The 2023 vintage presents a deep, intense ruby color with vibrant purple hues. The nose is expressive, offering a complex bouquet of blackcurrant, dark cherry, and subtle notes of cedar and dark chocolate. On the palate, it is full-bodied and powerful, with velvety tannins and a well-balanced acidity that leads to a long, elegant finish with lingering notes of spice and oak.
Origin & Terroir
Crafted from grapes grown in the prestigious Maipo Valley, Chile’s most renowned wine region. The vineyards benefit from a Mediterranean climate with warm, dry days and cool nights, allowing the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes to achieve optimal ripeness while retaining their natural acidity. The soils, composed of alluvial deposits and clay, contribute to the wine’s structure and depth.
Food Pairing
This wine is a perfect companion to grilled red meats, lamb, or beef Wellington. It also pairs beautifully with aged cheeses like cheddar or gorgonzola. For the best experience, decant for 30 minutes and serve at 18°C (64°F) in a large Bordeaux glass.
