This private tour, limited to 20 guests, offered an intimate look at United Spirits’ state-of-the-art warehouse in the New Territories. The warehouse manager explained how temperature, humidity, and light are controlled to ensure optimal aging conditions. Guests saw barrels of aging whiskey, racks of vintage wine, and shelves of rare brandy, learning how each spirit develops over time.
Key Highlights
The highlight was a “cask sampling” of a 10-year-old Sunny Land Single Malt, drawn straight from the barrel. Guests also saw the “Rare Bottle Archive,” a secure vault housing limited-edition and collectible spirits. The tour concluded with a tasting of three aged expressions, paired with artisanal chocolates.
Featured Products
The tasting featured these aged expressions:
- Sunny Land Single Malt S25 - Aged 25 years, smoky and complex
- Honney Conti XO Royal - Aged 20+ years, rich and luxurious
- Anderra Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 - Aged 7 years, full-bodied and elegant
Future Initiatives
United Spirits will offer monthly “Warehouse Tours” for VIP clients and collectors. The next tour, “The Art of Blending,” will include a visit to the blending room and a hands-on blending workshop. A digital “Aging Tracker” will also be launched, allowing users to monitor the aging process of their own spirits.
