Hosted at a private dining room in Repulse Bay, this seminar welcomed wine collectors and enthusiasts. The sommelier shared insights on how climate, soil, and winemaking techniques influence a vintage’s character. Guests sampled wines from three legendary vintages, learning how to read labels, assess condition, and predict future value.
Key Highlights
The highlight was a “vertical tasting” of Anderra Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon from 2018, 2020, and 2023, showcasing how the wine evolves over time. The sommelier also demonstrated how to properly store and decant vintage wines. Guests received a vintage wine guide and a certificate of completion.
