Held at the historic Peninsula Hotel, this event brought together executives from United Spirits and Planet1 to sign a multi-year distribution agreement. The ceremony was followed by a strategy session, where both teams discussed market entry plans, marketing campaigns, and sales targets for the European market. The evening concluded with a celebratory dinner and a tasting of Honney Conti and Planet1’s core portfolio.

The highlight was the signing ceremony, where both CEOs signed the agreement in front of key stakeholders and media. The strategy session also yielded a detailed 12-month plan, including launch events in Paris, Berlin, and Milan. The tasting showcased the synergy between Honney Conti’s premium cognac and Planet1’s innovative RTD cocktails.

Future Initiatives
The partnership will roll out across Europe in Q2 2025, starting with France. Joint marketing campaigns, including digital ads and in-store activations, will be launched. A co-branded “Cognac & Cocktail” pop-up experience is planned for major European cities. Both companies will also collaborate on sustainability initiatives, including eco-friendly packaging and carbon-neutral shipping.
