Hosted at a luxury private dining room in Central, this masterclass was led by a Michelin-starred chef and United Spirits’ head sommelier. The evening featured a four-course menu, with each dish meticulously paired with a wine from the portfolio. The sommelier explained the principles of pairing, while the chef shared insights on how flavors interact.

Key Highlights

The highlight was the pairing of Anderra Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon with a slow-braised beef cheek — a match that received unanimous praise. The sommelier also demonstrated how to pair wine with spicy, sweet, and umami-rich dishes. Guests left with a personalized pairing guide and a signed menu as a keepsake.

Future Initiatives

United Spirits will host quarterly “Dine & Discover” events, featuring different chefs and wine regions. The next event, “Burgundy & Beyond,” will focus on French wines.
