The evening featured a four-course menu, with each dish meticulously paired with a wine from the portfolio. The sommelier explained the principles of pairing, while the chef shared insights on how flavors interact.

The highlight was the pairing of Anderra Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon with a slow-braised beef cheek — a match that received unanimous praise.
